"The journey was good but after doing a long haul flight from Australia to the UK and for the cost of the taxi journey, I would have expected the driver to greet me at the departure gate. Instead I got phone calls requesting if it was OK for me to go out to the driver. It was quite stressful arriving during the COVID 19 times and the changes at immigration/Border Control without then having to figure out where to meet the driver. It started the journey on a sour note and rather than chatting from London to Birmingham I was more inclined to keep myself to myself. I don't know if the driver was instructed not to go into the terminal but I did see other drivers in the terminal so would have liked the same for myself."
